I've been visiting for many years and originally for my carpal tunnel symptoms which were treated with hirudotherapy (leeches) after two sessions I've not had pain in my wrist for years.Recently I went because I joined the gym after a 2 year break and noticed reduced mobility. I had a full manual therapy session with Titsian, which was quite tough but by the end of it I could freely rotate my arms and shoulders which I couldn't before. I've been having this pain on my back for more than a year already. I had multiple visits to doctors, some treatments like acupuncture and physio and none of them are helping. As someone who trains more than the average person, there have been multiple times where I have been left with injuries or pain. Tistian fixed me every time and I strongly reccomend him to anyone. I was really lucky to have Titsian to check me. Titsian was fanastic and supportive. I have sciatica from a slipped disc and he managed to allevialte the pain. Not only targeting the symptoms, he's managing to target the problem. I am continuing the treatment with him still and it has helped a lot. Highly recommended!!
